Lately I have been keeping a tab on the calories I eat. In general I think it is important to know what you put in your body. It will help you in the long run not overeat, or waste calories.
Based on an 8-piece roll
Veggie Roll: 170 calories
Shrimp Roll: 199 calories
Salmon/Cucumber Roll: 231 calories
Mackerel Roll: 232 calories
Rainbow Roll: 330 calories
Sashimi: about 33 calories per piece
