GF Kosher Corner

Hello everyone! 

As promised I have started my GF Kosher Corner section of my blog, and I must say I am having some fun with this!  As this is also part of my heritiage it is very nice to know there are so many blogs and websites that cater to the Kosher Gluten-Free man/woman/child.  I am enjoying gathering these sites for my new section.  Yay!.  I too am learning.  And what a great way to learn-rather then a preacher teaching, I am hands on and learning on my own-Just the way I like it.  As I am rumaging through websites and links I am seeing that there are more options then I thought for this lifestyle.  And how nice to hear!  Any allergy or allergy related disease is hard to maintain with a specific diet and Kosher/GF? Double whammy!! 

If you have noticed I have certain links like Manischwitz.  Not all Manischwitz is gluten-free.  You will have to look at the Gluten-Free list they provide on their webiste. 

I am also going to list bakeries across the board.  If I see it, I will link it, that way you where-ever you are will find something suitable for you!  But mainly I will concentrate on the New York area.

Now the level of Kosher Certification is different for every site, but I made sure that before I like these beauties to you that there is a level of kosher certification.

So if you are gluten-free and Kosher check out my new section!! And please remember you must look at all links to see and verify what level of Kosher certification is listed.
