Still Loving Kale

Just like the title says...still loving it!!

Lately in a saute pan with two tbsp. light olive oil and 1 clove of garlic sliced!  Often stirring, pan covered on medium heat, until the leaves are wilted.  Sometimes I even cover the pan with a lid (that belongs to another pan), just to get the leaves wilted faster.

Kale is a great source of Vitamin A, Iron and Potassium.

Yum!!!!
