Gluten-Free Watercooler-Crumbs Bakery

Hello Lovelies! I am so pleased to announce that Crumbs Bakery has opened a Gluten-Free location on the East side of Greenwich Village on E. 8th Street, NYC!! This location opens tomorrow, October 3rd.  And it's not just gluten-free cupcakes in a gluten bakery.  Nope, not this location.  This location/facility/kitchen is dedicated to gluten-free and peanut-free. From what I have read through the research I did, it appears that Crumbs stock has plummeted in the last few years, almost leaving Crumbs no choice but to re-vamp.  And by re-vamping, they decided to dedicate a NYC location to the gluten-free.   I am happy about this for many reasons.  I saw a few comments by others on Grub Street mentioning that they were dissatisfied with this news because Crumbs are crap cupcakes.  I disagree!  So many people LOVE Crumbs!  And I think it's so great that there are upscale gluten-free bakeries like Tu-Lu's and Pip's, and then there are bakeries like Crumbs.  It&#
