Vicks Nature Fusion Cold and Flu

Have you ever walked into a pharmacy or drug store looking for a gluten-free cough medicine?  Struggling to read ingredients you don't understand in hopes it is gluten-free?  Asking a Pharmacist who tell's you they either don't know, or it doesn't matter or they don't have time to do the research?  Story of my life as I am sure it is yours too!  As much as I like my neighborhood CVS or even Duane Read, these larger drug stores fail to be intimate with their customers needs. For cold & flu symptoms Vicks Nature Fusion Cold & Flu Relief is gluten-free and alcohol free! And their website confirms that all Vicks products are gluten-free. I will call and find out come Monday if there is any cross contamination. xx Julie

Alcohol Free Sangria Smoothie

Under the weather?  Try this!  I made the yummiest fruit frosty since the new purchase of my blender!  I am obsessed with this blender.  Not only does making these every morning curb my cravings, but they give me energy and I feel better.  This serving of fruit is all the fruit I need daily.  Instead of running to the nearest market for chips and candy-it's mother nature's fruit that makes me smile.  And it's naturally gluten-free.  I don't have to worry about contamination!   2 hand fulls of fresh organic blueberries 1/3 lemon juice from a real lemon ( I used 1/2 and it was too much, It was still delicious, but more tang   then I had hoped for) 1 small/medium fresh organic peach cut into slices with the skin 1 large Gala or Fuji apple, skinless and chopped into pieces 6 ice cubes Makes one tall frost beverage It comes out super blue, you get antioxidants from your blueberries and it's a great way to take in natural sugars. Enjoy! xoxo Juli
