WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
skinless chicken fillets
olive oil
gluten-free bread crumbs (about one package)
dried rosemary
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Rinse chicken
and coat in olive oil mixture (olive oil and dried herbs)
Dip raw chicken into the bread crumb mixture and coat
Add breaded chicken to a greased cookie sheet
Once all pieces are bread crumb coated put into the over and bake for 40 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
**Tips-foil your baking pan before baking.
**freeze storage-slip a piece of wax paper in-between each chicken layer as pictured below and wrap in foil and freeze for up to 6 months.
