Glow Gluten-Free was created by Jill Brack, a mom and a fellow Celiac. She is the baker and the creator behind the cookie brand. She started making Gluten-Free cookies when she and her daughter were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. The cookies come in Double Chocolate Chip, Gingersnap, Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle. Glow gluten-free is gluten-free, preservative free, casein free, trans fat free and all natural. They are are tasty and super crunchy. The flours used are more nutrient dense such as chickpea flour and garbanzo flour and they are crunchy and delicious! As far as processed cookies go, these fly off the shelves. They are all equally delicious, but my favorite will always be the chocolate chip.
