Spicy Avocado Salsa

Makes 4 cups

2 large firm but ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/2-inch thick cubes
1/3 cup diced tomato (about 1 medium)
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced serrano chilies with seeds

Gently mix avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and chilies in a medium bowl.  Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.  (Salsa can be prepared 2 hours ahead; cover and refridgerate)
