**found in Real Simple Magazine September 2011 Issue and greatly modified by moi to fit a GF diet.
1. 1/4 cup of gluten-free granola with or without a Fage Yogurt
2. 1 KIND bar
3. 1 cup yogurt + 1 peach sliced
4. Celery with cream cheese
5. Carrot sticks with peanut butter
6. 1/2 sliced cucumber + 3 tbsp. hummus
7. 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt + 2 tbsp. canned pumpkin + a pinch of pumpkin spice
8. 1 1/2 cups of Raspberries/Blueberries/Blackberries
9. 1 Polly-O cheese stick
10. 2 x Orgran Buckwheat Crisps or Quinoa Crisps with 1 Laughing Cow Light Cheese
11. 1 package of City Snacks (freeze dried fruit) (super delicious and under 100 calories)
12. 1 package of pop Chips
Most of these great options are under 100 calories! So you can eat well and maintain your figure at the same time.
