Pear and Maple Yogurt Cups

Rich, creamy Greek yogurt, loaded with protein and probiotics, helps keep your system in check.  The dried fruit contains vitamin C, and almonds are rich in vitamin E.

Hands-On Time: 5 minutes/Total time: 5 Minutes

1 cup plain low-fat or 0 Greek yogurt (try Fage)
1 pear sliced
1/4 dried cranberries or cherries
1/4 cup chopped unsalted roasted almonds
4 tsp. maple syrup

Divide the yogurt between 2 glasses or bowls and top with the pear, cranberries and almonds mixture; drizzle with the maple syrup.

Your best bet is to go with authentic real maple syrup.  Do not use processed.
