Great 100 Calorie GF Snacks

**found in January 14th issue of Us Magazine.

See ya, vending machines!  Let Us suggest 16 tasty afternoon delights that will hold you over until dinner.  And yes, chocolate is one of them...

2/3 oz. dark chocolate.  Try Scharffen Berger fine chocolate bars which are gluten-free and labeled on the package.  Some chocolates are not gluten-free and some unidentifiable ingredients can include but are not limited to barley malt, malt, wheat starch, barley, bourbon, whisky, starch (made from corn or wheat).

2 cups chopped red pepper

1/2 cup Edamame

2 tbsp. hummus + 11 baby carrots

2 Fruit Leather bars

2 tbsp. guacamole + 5 chips

15 raspberries

1 slice turkey breast + 1 slice Swiss cheese

1 medium apple

2 1/2 cups watermelon

1 tbsp. peanut butter + 1 medium celery stick

1 cup chopped mango

3 cups, air popped corn

1 1/2 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese + 1 tomato slice

14 almonds

3 Clementines
